About the role
- Act as a revenue partner to Sales, supporting complex quotes, renewals, expansions, and Marketplace transactions for the Midmarket and Commercial teams
- Own deal accuracy and governance — ensure opportunities and quotes are structured correctly before booking
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce CPQ issues quickly, minimizing friction and keeping deals on track
- Drive process improvements in partnership with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Deal Desk to reduce manual effort and increase seller efficiency
- Contribute to ongoing global initiatives that improve the seller experience, deal hygiene, and deal velocity
- Support the development and delivery of strategic sales enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years’ proven experience in sales, sales support, deal management, or related roles.
- Baseline understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ).
