Works collaboratively with other members of the Sales Systems team to ensure the requirements are understood and documented
Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives
Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements
Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the delivery team to deliver solutions
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off
Partner with business operations team members to define, plan, and execute small and medium projects, in addition to ongoing delivery of ‘run the business’ enhancements and fixes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar technical degree
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator Certifications preferred
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification or Business Analyst Certification is a plus
5+ years of experience as a business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting Salesforce platform
5+ years of experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform as an administrator
Experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystems
Previous hands-on experience working with Salesforce CPQ and CPQ Advanced Approvals
Good understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles
Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy where adaptability is imperative
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of Change Management processes
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large projects as well as ongoing production support
