About the role
- Prospect and develop new commercial partners for the Home Fragrance category, with an initial focus on premium home décor, design and lifestyle stores;
- Map and prioritize expansion opportunities in relevant chains and stores within the home décor and interior design segment across different regions of the country;
- Establish, develop and maintain commercial relationships with store managers, buyers and decision-makers at partner stores;
- Negotiate commercial terms and structure partnerships aligned with the brand’s premium positioning;
- Implement and oversee branded spaces within partner stores, ensuring correct product display and adherence to visual merchandising standards;
- Monitor partner sales performance, tracking sell-in, sell-out, replenishment and stock levels;
- Identify channel growth opportunities and propose commercial initiatives to increase the brand’s presence and sales;
- Support training of partner store teams on products, benefits and brand storytelling;
- Report results, opportunities and channel development directly to the Fragrance Director;
- Demonstrate prior experience in B2B sales or development of new commercial channels, preferably in segments such as home décor, design, architecture, cosmetics, perfumery or the premium market;
- Show a strong commercial profile, negotiation skills and the ability to build long-lasting business partnerships;
- Demonstrate proactivity, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit to structure and develop an expanding commercial channel.
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B sales or in developing new commercial channels;
- Experience in segments such as home décor, interior design, architecture, cosmetics, perfumery, lifestyle or the premium market will be considered a plus;
- Proven ability to prospect new clients and negotiate commercial terms;
- Ability to build and develop long-term commercial relationships with business partners;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with high initiative, autonomy and strong execution skills;
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet commercial targets;
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
- Organization and discipline for managing a sales pipeline and tracking business opportunities;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or commercial management/CRM tools for tracking sales and customers;
- Interest in and affinity for home, décor, design, lifestyle and premium brands;
- Availability for travel and commercial visits;
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Design or related fields will be considered a differentiator.
