• Lead change management and enablement: run working sessions, produce playbooks, host trainings/brown bags, and coach teams to raise AI literacy

• As a Senior Platform Engineer you will be a founding team member with a clear, three-part mission: fully rearchitect and codify our cloud estate on AWS and Azure, stand up a world-class SRE and observability practice, and build an Internal Developer Platform with golden paths that make shipping software fast, safe, and self-service.
• Cloud Modernization — Rearchitect & Codify Migrate all existing AWS and Azure infrastructure to OpenTofu/Terraform and Ansible; establish module standards, remote state, and GitOps-based plan/apply pipelines — no unmanaged resources
• Implement policy-as-code (OPA/Conftest, AWS SCPs, Azure Policy) to enforce security, tagging, and compliance guardrails at the platform layer — governance embedded, not bolted on
• Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules for compute (EKS, AKS, EC2), networking, storage, databases, and identity as shared building blocks for all engineering teams
• Design and implement the full observability stack: metrics (Prometheus/Datadog), logs (Loki/OpenSearch), traces (Tempo/Datadog APM), and dashboards (Grafana) — instrumented end-to-end via OpenTelemetry

• Own end-to-end design for a product area — problem framing through wireframes, prototypes, detailed specs, delivery QA, and iteration for enterprise workflows used by lease administrators, portfolio managers, and facilities teams.
• Run discovery with enterprise customers — interviews, usability tests, and workflow observation — and translate findings into design decisions that shape what gets built, not just how it looks.
• Build design system foundations — identify reusable patterns, document components, and contribute to the Tango Design System alongside the Director of Product Design and other designers.
• Modernize legacy enterprise UX — redesign workflows that work but frustrate, within real constraints: data models that can't change overnight, user habits with embedded muscle memory, and migration paths that don't break production.
• Build and validate prototypes. Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to create coded prototypes for user testing and ship design artifacts directly into the development pipeline.
• Partner daily with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success. Communicate design rationale to non-designers. Advocate for the user when it's uncomfortable. Use AI-powered design tools as standard practice for research synthesis, design iteration, prototyping, and cross-team documentation.
