About the role
- Own sales and business development across LPs and GPs, including family offices, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, and RIAs
- Attend conferences, roadshows, and industry events regularly (often weekly) to build relationships and source opportunities
- Proactively generate leads through cold outreach, calls, emails, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and networking
- Act as a visible representative of Tangible in the market and in industry events
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from first conversation through close
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on positioning, messaging, and strategy
- Maintain strong organization and discipline around pipeline, follow-ups, and activity tracking
- Use data and insight to continuously refine outreach and sales approach
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or private markets sales experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Experience selling to LPs, GPs, or institutional allocators (family offices, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, RIAs) is highly valuable
- Candidates from other industries with strong enterprise sales and relationship-building experience are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers
- Enjoys travel and thrives in external, client-facing environments
- If you are licensed or willing to pursue licensing, that is a plus
