About the role
- Own the top of the sales funnel by researching, identifying, and qualifying prospective customers
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to support outbound and conference-driven outreach
- Execute outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify them against defined criteria
- Draft, refine, and test outreach templates to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Keep lead records, meeting notes, and follow-ups accurate and up to date in CRM
- Support Sales and Business Development teams with follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline coordination
- Create reporting to track outbound performance and identify what’s working
- Monitor relevant industry events and flag those aligned with Tangible’s goals
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Folk or similar)
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
