About the role

  • Own the top of the sales funnel by researching, identifying, and qualifying prospective customers
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers to support outbound and conference-driven outreach
  • Execute outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify them against defined criteria
  • Draft, refine, and test outreach templates to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Keep lead records, meeting notes, and follow-ups accurate and up to date in CRM
  • Support Sales and Business Development teams with follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline coordination
  • Create reporting to track outbound performance and identify what’s working
  • Monitor relevant industry events and flag those aligned with Tangible’s goals

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Folk or similar)
  • Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
