• Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support
• Troubleshoot and solve problems to ensure clinicians get maximum value from Tandem
• Build templates and prompts, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Tandem’s AI assistant
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations for safe scaling
