About the role
- Consistently reads orientation, assessment, and closing scripts to group of participants according to standardized procedures.
- Conduct role-play, computer-based, paper/pencil, and hands-on assessments with participants.
- Track, enter, and confirm test-taker data using client systems.
- Help test-takers understand what is expected of them.
- Set up rooms in preparation for assessment sessions.
- Troubleshoots basic level computer equipment and works with remote helpdesk to troubleshoot higher level issues, as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both the client as well as the participants.
Requirements
- Ability to diligently monitor participants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Organized, attentive to details, and able to multitask while maintaining a quality focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
