Account Manager

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners
• Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
• Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads
• Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line
• Onboarding and training of new fleets
• Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality
• Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks
• Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools
