About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and hiring needs.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-calibre candidates within the iGaming industry.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement follow-up.
- Prepare and guide candidates through each stage of the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship management.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for both active and future roles.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to support effective hiring strategies.
- Represent TalentXD at industry events and networking opportunities, promoting our values and expanding our reach.
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring transparency, respect, and fairness in every interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within or related to the iGaming, technology, or digital sectors.
- A strong client and candidate network, with a track record of successful placements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a supportive team.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with TeamTailor is advantageous.
- A genuine commitment to integrity, professionalism, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
