About the role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and hiring needs.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement follow-up.
  • Prepare and guide candidates through each stage of the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship management.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for both active and future roles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to support effective hiring strategies.
  • Represent TalentXD at industry events and networking opportunities, promoting our values and expanding our reach.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring transparency, respect, and fairness in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within or related to the iGaming, technology, or digital sectors.
  • A strong client and candidate network, with a track record of successful placements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a supportive team.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with TeamTailor is advantageous.
  • A genuine commitment to integrity, professionalism, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
