About the role
- Prequalify leads and assess fit based on specific criteria
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up
- Manage client-provided databases accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners to explore vacation rental opportunities
- Encourage registrations on the client's platform
Requirements
- Italian Fluency (C2) with excellent communication skills and high level of English
- Confident conducting phone conversations (both warm and cold calls)
- Experience in lead qualification or pre-sales is an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM/database tools
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- Strong time management and teamwork abilities
