About the role

  • Oversee and support growth operations processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the business development lifecycle
  • Serve as B&P and Growth Budget Administrator, assist in developing budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with approved budget. Provides accurate financial tracking and reporting as required
  • Develop and manage annual conference and events schedules, including participation planning and budget tracking
  • Coordinate and schedule Business Development Stage and Gate review meetings, managing calendars and aligning stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of corporate capabilities documents, business development briefings, presentations, and required marketing documentation
  • Maintain and manage corporate memberships, including non-profits such as AFCEA, AFA, and NDIA, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
  • Serve as SharePoint file administrator, maintaining document organization, access, and version control within Microsoft SharePoint
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience, with 5+ years in business development environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and in a fast-paced environment, lean-in and exceed goals with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage complex processes and schedule
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability
