About the role
- Oversee and support growth operations processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the business development lifecycle
- Serve as B&P and Growth Budget Administrator, assist in developing budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with approved budget. Provides accurate financial tracking and reporting as required
- Develop and manage annual conference and events schedules, including participation planning and budget tracking
- Coordinate and schedule Business Development Stage and Gate review meetings, managing calendars and aligning stakeholders
- Support the preparation of corporate capabilities documents, business development briefings, presentations, and required marketing documentation
- Maintain and manage corporate memberships, including non-profits such as AFCEA, AFA, and NDIA, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
- Serve as SharePoint file administrator, maintaining document organization, access, and version control within Microsoft SharePoint
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience, with 5+ years in business development environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn and in a fast-paced environment, lean-in and exceed goals with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage complex processes and schedule
