About the role
- Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions
- Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded
- Identify and forward to leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area
- Participate in growth efforts as requested
- Ensure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
- Complete personal PDP and attend staff meetings and Storytime (with the camera on)
- Build productive and positive professional relationships with clients within your program
- Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements
- Lead and execute cloud-first strategies, ensuring seamless cloud architecture implementation
- Oversee and implement cloud application design, cloud adoption plans, and cloud monitoring strategies
- Establish cloud storage and computing systems while ensuring compliance with industry security and regulatory policies
- Manage and update cloud computing systems as needed, optimizing performance and security
- Lead and contribute to Oracle X-LOB deals involving Oracle IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services
- Collaborate with local account teams, Global Client Advisors, and Key Account Directors to drive cloud adoption
- Engage with customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, IT architects, technical staff, and business representatives
- Conduct detailed discovery analyses and provide assessments of current state architecture with recommendations for future state architecture
- Lead consultative selling efforts, including working with domain architects, sales consulting teams, and business analysts
Requirements
- Clearance: Secret clearance
- Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10 - 12 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 8 - 10 years of experience
- Recognized authority within the company, working on complex technical problems and providing highly innovative solutions
- Expertise in cloud computing, including cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management
- Proven ability to develop cloud networks by connecting remotely located servers and establishing front- and back-end platforms
- Experience setting up cloud storage and computing systems from scratch while maintaining compliance with security policies
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders
- Ability to conduct repeatable strategy, architecture, roadmap, and planning workshop
