About the role

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Support system integrations, data migration, and testing activities.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing system support.
  • Ensure best practices and standardization across implementations.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, SCM, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Familiarity with system configurations and workflows.
  • Understanding of integrations and data migration processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, etc.).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in multi-entity or global implementations.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US customers.
