- We are a US company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20 countries around the world.
- Looking for a Webmaster to ensure websites function smoothly, are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- UX/UI design with agency quality for new professional websites, microsites and landing pages for our US clients.
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and capacity, making recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including broken links, security vulnerabilities, and site outages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure the website content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Implement website updates, enhancements, and redesigns as needed.
- Manage website analytics and generate reports on website performance, user behavior, and other key metrics.
- Oversee the integration of third-party tools and services, such as CRM systems (HubSpot) e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, User Experience or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Developer, or similar role.
- 5+ years of proven experience as UX/UI designer with agency quality experience delivering world class experiences.
- Proficiency in web development languages and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and content management systems such as WordPress and WP Engine.
- Must have experience with Canva.
- Experience with web hosting services and server management.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, SEO, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Knowledge of graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and website optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, including experience in Agile projects using Scrum.
- English B2 or above is mandatory.
