About the role Conduct interviews, usability testing, and research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, and information architecture to clearly communicate design intentions. Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs that showcase user interactions and visual elements. Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of design specifications. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to drive consistency and efficiency across products. Guide and mentor junior designers, supporting their growth and design practices. Apply an iterative design process to refine solutions based on user feedback and performance data. Promote user-centered design principles within the organization and facilitate design thinking workshops. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision). Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and user research methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
