About the role
- - **UI Design:** Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- - **Visual Consistency:** Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms through well-defined design guidelines and systems.
- - **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with user needs and business goals.
- - **Prototype Development:** Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- - **Design Reviews:** Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design culture.
- - **User Research Incorporation:** Integrate user feedback and insights into design iterations to enhance the overall user experience.
- - **Trend Awareness:** Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation.
- - **Mentorship:** Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them develop their design skills and promoting best practices within the team.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- - 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
- - Excellent visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- - Strong communication skills, able to articulate design ideas and rationale to various stakeholders.
- - Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
