About the role

  • Designing user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are both visually appealing and functionally effective
  • Conducting user research, creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs
  • Creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
  • Testing designs with users and iterating based on feedback to continuously improve user experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products and services
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with responsive design and understanding of web/mobile design principles and accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into design decisions.
