  • You design modern bonus systems and develop equity participation plans (VSOP/ESOP).

Requirements

  • Deep expertise: Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR controlling, or an HR consultancy.
  • Hard skills: Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations.
  • Numbers & tech affinity: Strong Excel skills (modeling) and confidence with modern HRIS platforms and payroll systems.
  • Consultant mindset: You engage confidently with managing directors and HR leadership.
  • Languages: Business-fluent German (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
