About the role
- You analyze the current state and develop salary bands, job evaluations, and grading models.
- You design modern bonus systems and develop equity participation plans (VSOP/ESOP).
- You design benefits programs that help retain employees.
- You support M&A processes and restructurings and harmonize compensation cultures.
Requirements
- Deep expertise: Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR controlling, or an HR consultancy.
- Hard skills: Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations.
- Numbers & tech affinity: Strong Excel skills (modeling) and confidence with modern HRIS platforms and payroll systems.
- Consultant mindset: You engage confidently with managing directors and HR leadership.
- Languages: Business-fluent German (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
