About the role
- Support ongoing course operations (e.g., course preparation, CRM maintenance, process execution)
- Contribute to AZAV-relevant documentation and administrative procedures
- Maintain and improve operational tools (e.g., Moodle, Notion, HubSpot, Monday, automations)
- Document and optimize workflows in educational operations
- Assist with testing and implementing new systems
- Build small automations (e.g., Zapier, forms, Excel/Sheets)
- Support reporting (participant numbers, utilization, KPIs)
- Ensure data quality and system maintenance
- Work on new educational projects and programs
- Take responsibility for subprojects (e.g., tool rollouts, process documentation)
- Support innovation and optimization projects
- Contribute to strategic EduOps topics (e.g., Talent Journey, Academy Culture, learning structures)
- Coordinate with instructors, administration, EduOps, and product management
- Assist with internal communication and process documentation
- Support change and communication projects
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Educational Management, Project Management, Administration, or similar)
- Initial professional experience in an operational environment (e.g., education, project management, administration, start-up, HR, customer operations)
- Basic understanding of digital tools, processes, and data
- Interest in learning platforms, CRM systems, project tools, and automation
- Interest in educational processes, scaling, and quality management
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Enjoyment of process optimization and documentation
- Basic skills in data maintenance, reporting, or KPI tracking are a plus
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in parallel
- Strong willingness to learn and hands-on mentality
- Team player with enjoyment of cross-functional work
- Clear, appreciative communication
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Motivation to actively contribute to the Academy Culture
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
- Willingness for professional and methodological development
