💰 £35,000 - £45,000 per year
About the role
- Managing and developing relationships with key clients across the North
- Acting as the main point of contact for all client queries and escalations
- Visiting clients regularly to strengthen partnerships and gain insight into their workforce needs
- Working with consultants to ensure high fill rates and excellent candidate matches
- Identifying new opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Analysing client performance data to shape account strategy and drive improvements
- Supporting marketing initiatives, events, and engagement campaigns
- Representing Dovetail & Slate at industry conferences and networking events
Requirements
- Experience in client services, account management, customer success, or recruitment
- Background in the education or public sector (desirable but not essential)
- Proven track record in building and retaining long-term client relationships
- Commercially aware, target-driven, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North
