💰 £35,000 - £45,000 per year

About the role

  • Managing and developing relationships with key clients across the North
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all client queries and escalations
  • Visiting clients regularly to strengthen partnerships and gain insight into their workforce needs
  • Working with consultants to ensure high fill rates and excellent candidate matches
  • Identifying new opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Analysing client performance data to shape account strategy and drive improvements
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, events, and engagement campaigns
  • Representing Dovetail & Slate at industry conferences and networking events

Requirements

  • Experience in client services, account management, customer success, or recruitment
  • Background in the education or public sector (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven track record in building and retaining long-term client relationships
  • Commercially aware, target-driven, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North
