About the role

  • Handling complex advisory projects in real estate law
  • Legal support for real estate transactions
  • Advising on commercial lease law
  • Occasional work in condominium law and in private construction and architects' law
  • Supporting clients of diverse sizes, legal forms and industries on matters of real estate commercial law
  • Work is carried out in close cooperation with colleagues from other legal practice areas as well as from the tax advisory department
  • Part of the role will be conducted in English

Requirements

  • Degree in law
  • Initial experience through the legal traineeship (Referendariat), relevant internships or working-student positions; candidates with established professional experience in the mentioned areas are also welcome
  • Strong economic awareness, a solution-oriented approach, flexibility and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Team spirit, interpersonal skills, initiative, high motivation, strong communication skills and professionalism
