Financial Planning and Analysis

• Professional and operational leadership of our financial accounting team of 30 employees (m/f/d)
• Ensure smooth execution of all accounting processes
• Overall responsibility for proper and legally compliant bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

• Legal support in succession planning and company transformations

Legal Counsel / Business Lawyer – Corporate Law

General Counsel

• Preparation of insolvency petitions and insolvency plans in self-administration and in regular insolvency proceedings
• Preparation of restructuring notifications and restructuring plans (StaRUG)
• Maintaining contact with the insolvency court or restructuring court and with stakeholders during the proceedings
• Preparation and conduct of creditors' committee meetings
• Preparation and conduct of negotiations with stakeholders
• Legal advice to clients throughout the entire proceedings

Attorney — Insolvency Law

• You advise and represent primarily companies as well as managing directors and senior executives, and develop practical solutions to employment law issues.
• You draft and negotiate contracts and prepare legal opinions.
• You support business transfers, restructurings and transactions with your employment law expertise.
• You represent our clients in employment law disputes, both in court and out of court.
• You work in an international, multidisciplinary team including lawyers, tax advisors and auditors, and contribute to the comprehensive advisory services our clients expect.

Manager

• You advise company management on decisions regarding strategies to achieve the company’s goals, in particular on the strategic development of construction activities with a focus on sustainable building practices
• You ensure overall proper construction supervision (time, quality, costs) and an orderly technical and commercial completion of construction works
• You share responsibility with management for profitability and economic efficiency
• You manage your direct reports both technically and disciplinarily
• You ensure the implementation of new-build, maintenance and modernization projects

Head of Estimating

• Sie beraten und vertreten überwiegend Unternehmen sowie Geschäftsführer und leitende Angestellte und erarbeiten praxisgerechte Lösungen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
• Sie erstellen und verhandeln Verträge und fertigen Rechtsgutachten an.
• Sie begleiten Betriebsübergänge, Umstrukturierungen und Transaktionen mit Ihrer arbeitsrechtlichen Expertise.
• Sie vertreten unsere Mandanten in arbeitsrechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen gerichtlich wie auch außergerichtlich.
• Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen und multidisziplinären Team von u.a. Rechtsanwälten, Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und unterstützt bei der ganzheitlichen Beratung, die unsere Mandanten von uns erwarten.

• Beratung der Geschäftsführung bei Entscheidungen über Strategien zum Erreichen der Ziele des Unternehmens, insbesondere zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Tätigkeitsfelder im Bau unter den Gesichtspunkten des ökologischen Bauens
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Bauüberwachung (Zeit, Qualität, Kosten) und eines ordentlichen technischen wie kaufmännischen Abschlusses der Baumaßnahmen
• Mitverantwortung für Ertrag und Wirtschaftlichkeit zusammen mit der Geschäftsführung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Ihnen unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen
• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Neubau-, Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsprojekte
