About the role
- Handling demanding advisory projects in real estate law
- Legal support for real estate transactions
- Advice on commercial tenancy law, occasionally on condominium law and on private construction and architects' law
- Supporting clients of various sizes, legal forms and industries on questions of real estate business law — from project development through leasing or sale
- The work is carried out in close cooperation with colleagues from other legal practice areas as well as the tax advisory department
- Part of the work will be conducted in English
Requirements
- Completed degree in law
- Initial experience gained during the legal traineeship (Referendariat), through relevant internships or student assistant positions; preferably already substantial professional experience in the areas mentioned
- Strong understanding of economic contexts, solution-oriented approach, flexibility and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- Team spirit, social skills, initiative, high motivation, strong communication skills and professionalism
