- Owns and coordinates the Support Office onboarding process
- Partners with managers for performance management
- Tracks recurring performance or behavior patterns
- Tracks TalentLMS completion and compliance
- Builds strong relationships with HoDs for support
- Reviews HR and people processes
- Coordinates with HR Operations and other HR functions
Requirements
- Higher diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
- HR certification and active IHRM membership
- 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, HR coordination
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Leads with heart while maintaining high performance expectations
- Service mindset with an understanding that Support Office work enables frontline teams
