• Build an agency partner engine that consistently generates qualified demos
• Create a repeatable co-selling motion with top agencies (Shopify dev, ecommerce dev, Klaviyo, CRO)
• Close and expand a portfolio of DTC/ecommerce brands in SA (and help us learn what wins)
• Identify, recruit, and activate Shopify and ecommerce development agencies, Klaviyo agencies, and CRO/paid media studios.
• Build partner tiers (registered → active → strategic), referral rules, and a simple incentive model.
• Run enablement: partner pitch, demo scripts, case studies, pricing playbooks, objection handling.
• Co-sell with partners: join calls, run joint audits, craft WhatsApp revenue strategies per brand.
• Co-marketing with agencies: webinars, workshops, lead magnets, WhatsApp playbooks.
• Prospect and engage DTC/ecommerce brands
• Run discovery and product demos, propose a rollout plan, and move deals to close
• Work with onboarding/support to ensure early value, reviews, case studies, and expansion
• Feed product + GTM insights back to the team: what partners ask for, what Merchants need to know, what wins/loses deals in SA
