About the role
- Build, activate, and manage strategic partnerships across developer agencies, ERP resellers, marketing automation firms, and system integrators across Africa and the Middle East.
- Design co-selling programs, drive channel enablement, and help these partners build revenue through Flowcart’s offerings.
- Represent Flowcart at industry events, panels, webinars, and partner demos, be the face of the brand in key forums.
- Own regional GTM strategies alongside the founders to grow visibility, adoption, and revenue from non-direct sales motions.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to align our partner feedback loops and influence roadmap and sales playbooks.
- Identify innovative GTM pathways, including WhatsApp-first reseller programs, affiliate loops, and ERP-specific solution bundles.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy roles, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of the agency/developer/ERP landscape in Africa or emerging markets.
- Experience building and scaling indirect revenue channels (referrals, co-marketing, reseller models).
- A great communicator who can influence externally and align internally.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, execution-focused, and excited to wear multiple hats.
- A bonus if you have previous exposure to conversational commerce, WhatsApp Business API, or AI-driven SaaS tools.
