About the role

  • Define and evolve the software architecture for industrial and corporate systems
  • Provide technical leadership to teams, serving as a technical reference
  • Ensure practical implementation of the architecture and delivery of solutions
  • Design and maintain distributed systems, APIs, and system integrations
  • Define standards for containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • Work on software integration with manufacturing environments (Industry 4.0)
  • Remove technical blockers and support Tech Leads and developers
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure system quality, security, observability, and reliability
  • Support critical projects, including travel to industrial plants

Requirements

  • Senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in software architecture.
  • Proactive leader who can set goals, lead teams, and ensure tangible deliveries.
  • Strong experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), relational databases, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum), working closely with Product Owners, QA, and developers.
  • Ability to align technical vision with execution, remove impediments, and drive team progress.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
