About the role
- Define and evolve the software architecture for industrial and corporate systems
- Provide technical leadership to teams, serving as a technical reference
- Ensure practical implementation of the architecture and delivery of solutions
- Design and maintain distributed systems, APIs, and system integrations
- Define standards for containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Work on software integration with manufacturing environments (Industry 4.0)
- Remove technical blockers and support Tech Leads and developers
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and business stakeholders
- Ensure system quality, security, observability, and reliability
- Support critical projects, including travel to industrial plants
Requirements
- Senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in software architecture.
- Proactive leader who can set goals, lead teams, and ensure tangible deliveries.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), relational databases, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum), working closely with Product Owners, QA, and developers.
- Ability to align technical vision with execution, remove impediments, and drive team progress.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
