About the role

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of websites across our portfolio — experience, structure, performance, and storytelling.
  • Build and refine landing pages, product pages in partnership with design, UX/UI, and development.
  • Lead the CRO roadmap, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and rapid experimentation.
  • Own the user experience: navigation, content hierarchy, page flow, and interaction design.
  • Maintain consistent branding, voice, messaging, and design across all digital properties.
  • Define and refine how each brand and product is positioned on the website.
  • Lead on-site narrative development: value propositions, product storytelling, visual hierarchy.
  • Partner with copywriting and creative to elevate brand expression on key pages.
  • Ensure every digital surface reinforces our brand identity and business goals.
  • Partner closely with paid media teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Develop segmented user journeys for organic, paid, and referral traffic.
  • Use analytics and behavioral insights to identify growth opportunities across funnels.
  • Collaborate with product to optimize onboarding and engagement flows.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, product, creative, analytics, and development.
  • Translate brand and business objectives into clear web strategy and implementation plans.
  • Lead creative and UX reviews to ensure every deliverable aligns with brand and conversion goals.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and data-informed decision making across teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, website experience, growth marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven ownership of large or multi-brand websites, including UX, CRO, and creative direction.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate positioning into digital experiences.
  • Hands-on CMS experience (Contentful or similar) and comfort working with design/dev teams.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, CRO frameworks, analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Strong ability to write or guide high-quality messaging and page-level copy.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication — fluent speaking “creative,” “marketing,” and “product.”
