• Administer, maintain and further develop server and client environments across Windows, Linux and macOS
• Manage network components, firewalls, VPNs and other security-relevant systems
• Operate and monitor virtualization and storage infrastructures
• Plan and implement backup and recovery strategies
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support, including fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Contribute to IT security measures, patch management and compliance topics
