About the role

  • Reporting to the Manager, D365 Advisor, and as a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior Logistics Consultant D365 F&O plays a strategic role in supporting our clients in optimizing their logistics processes.
  • You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, turning business requirements into concrete, high-performing functional solutions.
  • As a recognized logistics expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will leverage your expertise to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions that ensure operational efficiency and client growth.
  • Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis through go-live, ensuring technological alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, with multiple full-cycle implementations on Microsoft D365 F&O, specifically in Logistics/Supply Chain modules.
  • Solid expertise in logistics processes including WMS, order management, procurement/sales, and inventory.
  • Proven experience leading or making a major contribution to full project cycles for ERP implementations.
  • Ability to mentor and guide clients in their strategic and operational decisions.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification is a significant asset.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English to engage with clients across North America.
