Cinematic Engineer

Product Designer

• Manage Design Team personnel.
• Collaborate with technical and systems design leads on tasking for those groups.
• Create and maintain clear, concise design documentation that articulates system functionality.
• Work hands-on in Unreal Engine 4 (UE4) to prototype, build, and iterate on systems using Blueprint scripting.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Art, Narrative, and QA to ensure the cohesive and successful implementation of gameplay features.
• Champion the player experience, ensuring your designs are intuitive, engaging, and support a wide variety of playstyles.

Full-stack Engineer

• Proactive feature ownership of entire game subsystems – including all aspects of development, maintenance, advocacy and documentation.
• Be a team-facing touchpoint for all assigned systems/domains. This would include answering questions, disseminating information to the team, talking over feature requests and evangelizing these systems as appropriate.
• Manage and develop teams of programmers for work on assigned systems/domains.
• Support high quality and robust game features and systems, by gathering requirements, designing solutions, implementing robust code, testing and debugging.
• Participate in group collaboration and utilize engineering best practices, such as code reviews.
• Work with all departments to ensure our systems meet the needs of our content creators.
• Ability to identify use cases for our systems and technologies that our content creators haven’t conceived of that can take our game to the next level.
• Create efficient, scalable, optimized code while working with 3rd party libraries and tools.

• Outsourcing Manager role supporting Judas, a narrative-driven AAA game led by Ken Levine.
• Manage content production pipelines from initial planning through final implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and production goals.
• Seek out external development opportunities, build relationships, and ensure agreements are in place.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive day-to-day communication and ensure clarity on tasks, priorities, and expectations.
• Track and report on asset or feature status, interdependencies, and risks to production and leadership teams.
• Support overall production efforts by managing schedules, tracking progress, and assisting with issue resolution and prioritization.
