About the role
- Administrative tasks such as references/certificates, job descriptions, probationary letters, as well as remote work agreements, organizational charts, and handling maternity and parental leave matters
- Active participation in recruiting, including administrative and organizational duties (e.g., creating job advertisements, conducting interviews, works council consultations, conducting HR briefings on the first day of employment, developing and updating meaningful recruitment metrics/KPIs, etc.)
- Point of contact for our temporary agency workers from their start, including invoice verification
- Support for international colleagues
Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification
- Professional experience in HR administration and initial experience in — and enthusiasm for — recruiting
- Conscientious and independent working style with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people and as part of a team
- Confident user of MS Office and willingness to learn SAP HCM
- Very good German and English skills
