About the role
- Develop the dealer network and manage dealerships
- Recruit and onboard new dealers in priority markets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, ensuring regular field presence and communication
- Build strong relationships that foster long-term alignment and success
- Assess dealer performance and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure overall network performance in the region (sales, retail performance, customer experience)
- Support dealers in selling and positioning electric products, including educating customers on benefits and total cost of ownership
- Meet regional sales targets (wholesale and retail) for vehicles and aftermarket products
- Develop and execute territory and dealer-level plans to drive volume and brand awareness
- Support dealers’ retail performance (EV training, lead management, closing best practices)
- Develop pipeline and sales performance in the region
- Directly support sales activities in uncovered markets as needed
- Identify and develop opportunities with commercial customers and fleets (charging stations, rentals, hospitality, etc.)
- Support product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and fleet customer onboarding
- Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and support
- Develop key fleet accounts in the region
- Promote Taiga’s approach to selling electric products, positioning, and customer experience
- Train and coach dealer teams to improve product knowledge and commercial effectiveness
- Encourage high standards in merchandising, customer experience, and brand representation
- Participate in regional events, demonstrations, and activations to generate demand
- Influence product adoption and Taiga’s approach across the dealer network
- Use data and reports to track performance, identify opportunities, and inform decisions
- Maintain rigorous tracking of dealer activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Manage travel, expenses, and time effectively to maximize field impact
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, network management, or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to analyze performance and translate data into concrete actions
- Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a field-based role
- Availability to travel frequently within the region and occasionally internationally
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
- Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, or electric vehicle sectors
- Experience with dealer networks or distribution models
- Experience in commercial sales, fleets, or the public sector
- Degree in business administration or a related field
