About the role
- Generate, standardize, publish and periodically analyze indicators, reports (tactical/macro-management and micro-management views), studies and presentations specific to the businesses under your responsibility, both internally and for the Client, supporting operations in managing their business to improve performance;
- Create new reports and optimize existing ones using SAS Base, SAS Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, Teradata SQL, SSIS/ETL and Microsoft Excel, standardizing data management and information publishing. Increase the speed of information generation, reduce generation errors, and thus free up more time to support operations in managing their business;
- Create and maintain the company Data Warehouse (DW) so all management areas can use information in an optimized way;
- Produce operational micro-management reports, tactical reports and managerial dashboards for company business management;
- Interact with IT, Database and Server teams to report inconsistencies in accessed databases and servers, in order to maintain reliable sources that can be used to generate information supporting company management;
- Build diagnostics regarding management and operational indicators and share them with operations managers to propose actions that will increase efficiency and productivity to meet budgeted objectives, supporting operations in managing their business to improve performance;
- Analyze and monitor business-related indicators to support the management of company operations;
- Prepare ad-hoc studies and data cross-checks to support decision-making, supporting operations in managing their business to improve performance;
- Manage, control and calculate the results of the operation's Incentive system (Variable Compensation and Campaigns) under your responsibility according to established policies and following the incentive criteria to improve operational productivity, respecting and controlling the budget and encouraging the operation to improve individual performance of its Supervisors and Operators;
- Provide support in project implementations;
- Work with greater autonomy;
- Perform other duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Education level compatible with the position (see “Appendix I - Career Guide” in the Compensation Policy)
- Not currently participating in another selection process.
- For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
- Must not have failed selection for the same position in the last 30 days.
- Meet the minimum required time in the role and since hire, according to the Compensation Policy.
- For operational positions:
- - No disciplinary measures (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months
- - Be in the Diamond, Gold or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
- For management positions: must not have received a suspension in the last year.
