About the role

Utilize and role-model consultative sales process to convert leads to bookings
Achieve assigned sales targets and overcome objections
Delight potential guests with exceptional service experience
Foster and nurture positive relationships with potential guests
Conduct regular lead management activities and achieve targeted lead-to-consult conversion ratio
Maintain elevated level of industry knowledge and department processes
Showcase and role-model best-in-class guest service, decision quality, collaboration, and adaptability
Drive results and achieve goals in lead conversion, promotional campaigns, and events

Education Level: High-school diploma or equivalent
2 years of recent customer service experience
A quiet, private, distraction-free work environment with limited interruptions/background noise
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
Clear, concise, and professional written and digital communication skills
Ability to identify high-level customer issues that require resolution and/or escalation
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong computer skills and demonstrated sound decision-making skills
Retail or guest service experience in the service industry
Strong proficiency with multi-tasking across computer programs
Ability to work within the hours of 8am-8pm CST from anywhere in the United States
Ability to work 2 Saturdays/month 9 am - 3 pm CST
Experience with CRM and Lead-Management systems favored, but not required.
