About the role
- Proactively surface and qualify new client opportunities, with a focus on advertisers seeking accountable, outcome-driven performance marketing across multiple markets.
- Build trusted relationships with new business consultants to ensure EPN is consistently invited into relevant RFI and RFP processes.
- Coordinate EPN level RFI and RFP responses, aligning local market expertise, strategy and capabilities into unified, high-impact submissions.
- Help develop and maintain EPN-level credentials, capability documentation and case studies in collaboration with the global strategy team, ensuring EPN’s proposition is always pitch-ready.
- Create tailored presentations and sales materials (in collaboration with EPN Strategy and hub teams) that translate EPN’s capabilities into relevant solutions for specific categories and client growth challenges.
- Contribute to EPN thought leadership — supporting articles, insights and POVs that build credibility, stimulate demand and open new business conversations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing or media agencies, with direct exposure to new business development.
- Proven experience supporting or leading RFI/RFP processes, including multi-market or global pitches.
- A strong understanding of performance-driven growth models, including audience-based planning, measurable media, and outcome-focused activation.
- Background in:
- Performance or integrated media agencies
- Management consulting or marketing advisory firms
- Demonstrated success working across multiple regions or operating companies.
- Experience with Integrated Media (Linear TV, CTV, Digital, Programmatic), and Data Science driven marketing ecosystems is highly valued.
