About the role
- Manage content calendars, production workflows, and approvals
- Ensure content and social work is of highest standard possible
- Use social insights tools to derive data to turn into insights and action
- Work alongside content strategy/planning team to develop content ideas and plans
- Join client calls from an editorial and social perspective to help optimal relationships
- Conduct robust research and content audits into client needs
- Work with account manager and business director to establish robust QA process
- Join regular WIP meetings relating to status updates on assigned accounts
- Strong collaboration and constant communication with account teams and external stakeholders
- Liaison with internal teams surrounding delivery on client deadlines and expectations
- Lead content and editorial brainstorms where needed
- Ability to review insights and optimise content according to data
Requirements
- Proven experience in a social/content led agency environment
- Strong understanding of platform behaviours, formats, and best practices
- Ability to brief, challenge, and elevate creative work
- Confident client leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience managing budgets, scopes, and commercial conversations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with social analytics tools
- Experience with influencer marketing, paid social, or content production (Desirable)
- Experience working on integrated campaigns or with global brands (Desirable)
