About the role

  • Manage content calendars, production workflows, and approvals
  • Ensure content and social work is of highest standard possible
  • Use social insights tools to derive data to turn into insights and action
  • Work alongside content strategy/planning team to develop content ideas and plans
  • Join client calls from an editorial and social perspective to help optimal relationships
  • Conduct robust research and content audits into client needs
  • Work with account manager and business director to establish robust QA process
  • Join regular WIP meetings relating to status updates on assigned accounts
  • Strong collaboration and constant communication with account teams and external stakeholders
  • Liaison with internal teams surrounding delivery on client deadlines and expectations
  • Lead content and editorial brainstorms where needed
  • Ability to review insights and optimise content according to data

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a social/content led agency environment
  • Strong understanding of platform behaviours, formats, and best practices
  • Ability to brief, challenge, and elevate creative work
  • Confident client leadership and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing budgets, scopes, and commercial conversations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools
  • Experience with influencer marketing, paid social, or content production (Desirable)
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns or with global brands (Desirable)
