About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals.
- Identify key content themes and topics based on industry trends, audience interests, and business priorities.
- Create content calendars and manage the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of all content.
- Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content for various channels, including our website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Plan and execute existing and new email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Establish Taktical as a thought leader in the digital marketing industry through content that showcases our expertise.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of video production, graphic design, or other multimedia content creation.
