About the role
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts.
- Provide legal guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and risks to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with company goals.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain and update standard templates, playbooks, and provide training on contract requirements.
- Stay current on applicable laws and regulations relevant to the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, and active, good standing membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience focused on contract law and transactional work.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
