Human Resources

• Manage employee data and records in our HRIS (Rippling)
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire setup, documentation, and coordination across teams
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR processes
• Coordinate benefits administration in partnership with our external benefits broker (enrollments, changes, open enrollment support)
• Support and help administer the annual performance review and feedback cycles
• Maintain and update employee handbook, policies, and internal documentation
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns, providing guidance, maintaining confidentiality, and escalating issues appropriately
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirements (with support as needed)
• Oversee US offices operations, including mail, supplies, organization, and general upkeep.

HR Specialist

Accountant

• Own the end-to-end transition of accounting responsibilities from our fractional team to an in-house function, including a clear cutover plan, documentation, and training.
• Own the monthly close process, including close calendar management, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including AP, vendor onboarding, employee expense management/corporate card workflows, and support for AR/invoicing as needed.
• Build and maintain core accounting processes (close checklist, reconciliations, approvals, month-end package, etc.) so the function is repeatable and audit-ready.
• Establish foundational internal controls appropriate for an early-stage startup (approval workflows, access controls, audit trails, segregation of duties where possible).
• Draft and implement key finance policies (expense policy, purchasing/approvals, vendor onboarding, capitalization policy if applicable, and other accounting guidelines as needed).
• Maintain a clean chart of accounts and consistent coding across the organization; partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate classification and timely information flow.
• Support audit/tax readiness by maintaining schedules, responding to requests, and ensuring documentation and reconciliations are complete and current.
• Partner with the CFO on management reporting and ad-hoc analysis, including simple models, budget/forecast support, and KPI reporting.
• Evaluate and improve finance systems and automation (accounting platform, bill pay, expenses, close tooling) to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure finance workflows are embedded smoothly in day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to increase reliability, timeliness, and scalability of the finance function.

Solutions Engineer

• This is an exciting opportunity to join Tabz’s growing Solutions Architecture team and contribute to the implementation journey for new customers while also providing technical support for Tabz locations.
• Provide technical and customer service support for pharmacies and their patients and efficiently communicate steps to resolve issues. Deliver high customer satisfaction and fast resolution times in all interactions
• Identify and analyze problems and manage the Engineering bug escalation process
• Maintain product feedback loop with Success and Product Teams
• Develop and maintain Intercom knowledge base and macro responses
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
• Analyze data and identify trends in customer support to drive customer adoption and expansion. Execute on improvement opportunities in partnership with Customer Success leadership
• Work cross functionally with Customer Success and Sales on strategic customer initiatives
• In partnership with the Customer Success team, you will perform operations tasks and help deliver on Tabz customer project management of pharmacy integrations and payments infrastructure:
• Configure new pharmacy accounts, including both pharmacy management software systems and payments settings
• Develop customer customer-facing training documentation to describe integrations between Tabz and the pharmacy’s software system
• Work on additional special projects as needed to improve the customer experience

Junior Solutions Architect

Product Manager

• Lead the development and execution of the payments product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive scalability, user experience, and value for our pharmacy partners.
• Own the full lifecycle of payment-related products, including digital wallets, card processing, ACH, payments reconciliation, and reporting tools.
• Translate pharmacy specific cases (e.g. copay collections, reimbursement flows, multi-party payments) into scalable product features and integrations.
• Partner with PMS systems, switch networks, and third-party payment processors to drive forward strategic integrations and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and deliver features that align with patient and pharmacy needs.
• Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new payment functionality, including performance metrics and usability feedback loops.
• Contribute to internal documentation, cross-functional enablement, and customer facing guides and FAQs.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA), and innovations in pharmacy and healthcare payments.
• Champion the voice of the pharmacy customer community, independent, and enterprise level across all product decisions.

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation of integrations with external systems (e.g., PMS providers, SMS platforms, pharmacy tech systems).
• Serve as the technical liaison with external engineering teams - including pharmacy partners, switch providers, SMS vendors, and enterprise clients.
• Own technical documentation for internal use and customer-facing engineering and implementation teams.
• Assist with maintaining and scaling Snowflake database and support creation of dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support scalable, HIPAA compliant healthcare data workflows.
• Ensure consistency and parity across integrations to maintain platform wide stability and performance.
• Manage field usage and data storage across integrations in partnership with Product and Implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of integration changes across PMS vendors and ensure HealNow remains fully compatible and interoperable.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing integrations to ensure reliability, uptime, and performance.
