Customer Success Manager

• Post-sales account owner: drive post sales activities and ensure customer success measured by adoption, renewal and expansion
• Work with customers to understand objectives and provide analytics on Tabnine adoption
• Understand objections and craft plans to unblock adoption and exceed customer expectations
• Build trust with customer stakeholders and develop a “trusted advisor” status
• Frequent customer engagement to ensure adoption and expansion of current contract
• Collaborate with account executives to manage the renewal process, QBRs, Roadmap review and drive new features
• Develop and deliver usage analytics showing observability into adoption, model quality, ROI, and overall user experience
• Collaborate with Support to resolve technical issues in the field
• Collaborate with Field Engineering and Sales Engineering to manage and oversee the product installation process and validate environment readiness

• Design, execute, and continuously improve a scalable account management framework that drives proactive engagement, renewals, and expansion across all customer segments
• Develop and execute strategic touchpoints to build trusted customer relationships, drive on-time renewals, mitigate churn risk, and position value-add solutions
• Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to align on business outcomes, identify growth paths, and ensure seamless contract execution
• Accurately build and manage renewal quotes in HubSpot and support channel fulfillment where needed
• Forecast renewals with rigor and accuracy, escalating at-risk accounts early and proposing mitigation plans
• Track and optimize KPIs like retention rate, renewal velocity, and time-to-close
• Ensure all renewal-related data and activities are captured in HubSpot and internal systems for reporting and handoff
• Surface insights and advocate for improvements to process, packaging, and pricing based on customer feedback
• Contribute to a customer-first renewal strategy that balances commercial discipline with a world-class experience

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Report directly to Head of Finance and gain exposure to all aspects of finance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and rolling planning processes to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update the company ARR tracking file, ensuring accuracy and timely insights.
• Calculate quarterly commissions, prepare commission letters for the sales team, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Develop GTM insights & KPIs – identify, track, and analyze SaaS metrics such as LTV/CAC, payback period, pipeline conversion rates, NRR, churn, and ARR growth drivers.
• Enhance revenue forecasting by maintaining data-driven revenue and pipeline models, aligning Sales and Marketing spend with performance impact.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual analyses, board and management decks, and other performance materials.
• Maintain and prepare investor files and reports, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Partner with functional leaders across the organization to deliver value-added insights that help senior management optimize spend.
