About the role

  • Advise and support managers in an assigned business area on all labor law and HR matters (including: workforce planning, organizational contract changes, compensation, occupational reintegration management)
  • Manage, design and take responsibility for all HR processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and company regulations
  • Work closely with assigned works councils and design and implement works agreements
  • Lead an HR team: selection, feedback, development, productivity, workforce allocation, etc.
  • Ensure high quality of HR services through continuous monitoring, optimization and further development of existing processes
  • Prepare for internal and external audits, including financial audits, and act as a primary contact for auditors
  • Support inpatriate (impats) employees and accompany transfer processes

Requirements

  • University degree or completed commercial vocational training (e.g., HR clerk) with further professional qualification (e.g., certified HR specialist)
  • Several years of solid professional experience in HR
  • Routine in advising managers and practical experience in balancing operational day-to-day tasks with strategic HR work
  • Experience in functional or disciplinary team leadership as well as skills in developing and motivating employees
  • Experience supporting HR audits and a strong understanding of compliance and process documentation
  • Knowledge of immigration and work permit regulations; specific experience hiring third-country nationals is a plus but not required
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills complete your profile
