About the role
- Install, maintain, and repair TA Triumph‑Adler products and other systems on-site
- Record service-relevant data in the Service Management System and assess and qualify warranty and guarantee cases
- Serve as product contact in close cooperation with the Sales team
- Market technical services
- Develop and maintain expertise as a customer contact through initial and ongoing training and education
Requirements
- Completed qualification as an Information Electronics Technician for Office System Technology or equivalent training
- Experience, strong expertise, and a passion for information electronics are welcome
- Strong service orientation to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Solid system knowledge and professional experience in copier and print technology
- Knowledge of IT and network technology
- Team player with a passion for technology and customer consulting
- High communication skills and social competence
- Very good German language skills
- Ability to read and understand documentation in English
- Valid Class B driving license required
