About the role

  • Install, maintain, and repair TA Triumph‑Adler products and other systems on-site
  • Record service-relevant data in the Service Management System and assess and qualify warranty and guarantee cases
  • Serve as product contact in close cooperation with the Sales team
  • Market technical services
  • Develop and maintain expertise as a customer contact through initial and ongoing training and education

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as an Information Electronics Technician for Office System Technology or equivalent training
  • Experience, strong expertise, and a passion for information electronics are welcome
  • Strong service orientation to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Solid system knowledge and professional experience in copier and print technology
  • Knowledge of IT and network technology
  • Team player with a passion for technology and customer consulting
  • High communication skills and social competence
  • Very good German language skills
  • Ability to read and understand documentation in English
  • Valid Class B driving license required
