• Oversee the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure the system aligns with organizational objectives.
• Lead and develop a global HRIS team through complex HRIS projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects with other HR and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting capabilities, leveraging SuccessFactors’ tools.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HR teams and employees.
• Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory requirements related to HRIS.
• Manage third-party vendors and consultants to maximize system performance and innovation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead post-acquisition HRIS activities: Data mapping, ensuring system readiness for harmonization, and system integration execution.
