About the role

  • Manage aspects of BPA and Task Order contract execution and management
  • Ensure all aspects including service delivery performance, financial performance, staffing, contract compliance, employee morale, and client satisfaction are effectively and proactively managed
  • Staffing – ensuring all Task Orders are staffed at the proper levels with the proper skillsets and excellent personnel
  • Financial Management – ensure our contract instruments are not over or under-running
  • Manage contract finances compliantly and with corporate goals in mind
  • Employee Morale & Satisfaction – assist and support T. White Parker staff with career planning, professional development guidance, and overall performance improvement
  • Ensure contract personnel morale and satisfaction are high
  • Assist the firm in helping to address employee concerns
  • Customer Satisfaction – ensure clients are ecstatic about our work and our service
  • Business Development - develop relationships and pathways to identify opportunities to expand services provided to the client and/or within the BPA
  • Stay Smart – ensure you and your team stay abreast of industry developments and maintain a command of the expertise required to successfully deliver for the client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 8 years of related experience leading and managing large scale programs
  • At least 6 years of proven experience managing a program
  • Experience in federal consulting regarding financial management, financial systems management, financial reporting, IT Governance, business process improvement, strategic planning, business continuity planning, cost allocation, and/or performance management
  • Experience within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
  • Experience managing multiple Task Orders or projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing large teams across multiple different work streams
  • Executive-facing presence and communications skills
  • Strong business and technical writing skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in both a virtual and an in-person environment
  • Self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, quality-focused, and team player
  • Ability to effectively interface and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
