About the role
- Owns the lifecycle of assigned offers spanning payments, fee administration, and compliance services
- Acts as the accountable offer lead responsible for operational integrity, vendor coordination, regulatory readiness, and internal enablement
- Coordinates across Product, Client Services, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors
- Establishes and maintains procedures, controls, and documentation supporting recurring processes and regulatory obligations
- Supports RFP, sales, advisor, and relationship teams with accurate offer positioning and operational guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, offer management, operations leadership, or platform governance within financial services or another regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
