About the role

  • Drive delivery of subscription platform initiatives, including partner onboarding, lifecycle enhancements, and benefit offer capabilities
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for sophisticated technical solutions
  • Conduct market and customer research to see opportunities and advise product strategy and roadmap development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, architecture, and partners
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for subscription capabilities
  • Identify execution, operational, and interpersonal issues that impede product success
  • Support and enable core Agile practices and tenets
  • Collaborates and develops positive relationships with many teams
  • Manages development of adoption tools and training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/application/product environment
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
  • Advanced level understanding of customer experience
  • Proven success in advising matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills
  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
  • Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of platform technologies and components
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data
  • Knowledgeable with SQL and has data driven approach
  • Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS
  • Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, APIs, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc
  • Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI / CT / CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environment
