About the role
- Drive delivery of subscription platform initiatives, including partner onboarding, lifecycle enhancements, and benefit offer capabilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for sophisticated technical solutions
- Conduct market and customer research to see opportunities and advise product strategy and roadmap development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, architecture, and partners
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for subscription capabilities
- Identify execution, operational, and interpersonal issues that impede product success
- Support and enable core Agile practices and tenets
- Collaborates and develops positive relationships with many teams
- Manages development of adoption tools and training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/application/product environment
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
- Advanced level understanding of customer experience
- Proven success in advising matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
- Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of platform technologies and components
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data
- Knowledgeable with SQL and has data driven approach
- Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS
- Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, APIs, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc
- Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI / CT / CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environment
