About the role
- Lead domain technical roadmap definition and detailed solution design to ensure alignment with architecture and project goals
- Collaborate with IT teams to analyze impacts, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and management
- Translate business requirements into technical user stories, system diagrams, and design documents to support system enhancements
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements to develop IT solutions that meet domain needs for moderate complexity projects
- Mentor peers and manage contractors to support team development and daily activities
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. (Required)
- 4-7 years Related work experience. (Required)
- Proficent in modern software development, integration and delivery practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies. (Required)
