About the role
- Lead the development and optimization of IP network architectures to enhance performance and support subscriber growth and application growth
- Focus on moving the IP data center network to a software defined and fully autonomous system supporting virtual machine, container, and AI workload infrastructure
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business needs and operational requirements
- Oversee budget planning and cost-benefit analysis to ensure efficient use of resources and investment justification
- Integrate modern security postures and best practices into all networking solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve network quality of experience and operational efficiency
- Develop and communicate strategic technology plans and goals to stakeholders and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of technical engineering experience
- 2-4 years of People Management Experience
